DESCRIPTION:Join the Central Aroostook Chamber of Commerce as we hold our 8th Annual “Chamber’s Smokin’ BBQ Cook-Off”!! \nIf you’re a backyard griller or a professional\, we urge you to sign up and prove whose BBQ is the best!! \nCompetition Categories \nBackyard Division\nDesigned for hobbyists and casual cooks: \n\nIndividuals or teams who do not cook professionally\nNo commercial catering or food sales as a primary business\nIntended for first-time or recreational competitors\n\nProfessional Division\nDesigned for experienced cooks: \n\nIndividuals or teams who operate a BBQ business\, catering service\, or food truck\nCompetitors who regularly participate in sanctioned or unsanctioned events\nMay use advanced equipment and techniques\n\nOfficial rules will be emailed to you and are available at the Town Office. \nIf you just like to eat BBQ\, we will have you covered!
